Daniel Adams was born on 20 April 1750 in Medway, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1,2,3,4,5 He was the son of Ensign Thomas Adams and Mary Partridge.1,2,3,4,5 On 30 January 1772 in Holliston, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, Daniel married Martha Watkins.4,6 Daniel enlisted as a private from Barre or Rutland 21August 1777. He served ten days in Capt Benjamin Ayers Company and on 26 September 1777, he marched to Bennington, serving 29 days.4 On 17 November 1792 Daniel married Sarah Alden, daughter of John Alden.4 On 4 May 1809 Daniel married Elizabeth Parmenter.4 Daniel Adams died on Monday, 17 December 1832 in Rutland, Worcester County, Massachusetts, at age 82 years, 7 months and 27 days.4
