Eudes II Count of Blois and Champagne was born in 990.1 He was the son of Eudes I Count of Blois, Chartres, Tours, Chateaudun, Beauvais, Meaux, and Provins and Bertha of Burgundy.1 Eudes II Count of Blois and Champagne was also known as Odo I Count of Blois. He became Count of Blois in 1004.1 About 1010 Eudes married Ermengarde of Auvergne, daughter of Robert I Count of Auverne and Ermengarde.1,2 Eudes II Count of Blois and Champagne was crowned Count of Champagne in 1019.1 He died on Wednesday, 15 November 1037 at age 47 years.1
