     Eustace IV Count of Boulogne was born about 1129.1,3 He was the son of Stephen of Blois King of England and Matilda of Boulogne.1,2,3 In February 1140 Eustace married Constance, daughter of Louis VI "the Fat" King of France.1 Eustace IV Count of Boulogne became Count of Boulogne in 1150.1 Stuart (2002) states he was unmarried, and that Eustace de Champagne's mother was an unknown mistress of Eustace IV.3 He died on Monday, 10 August 1153.1,3
